Tasting Notes: Beautiful pink colour, revealing delicate notes of red fruit combined with Pinot Meunier’s fruitiness and hints of biscuity complexity. A subtle range of juicy and creamy on the palate with a core of ripe red fruit and a superbly balanced finish.
Pierre Mignon produces Champagne with respect for tradition, whilst embracing innovation to create Champagne with a fresh, vibrant character. Each wine is made in a cellar where attention to detail and quality is paramount. The wines are made using traditional methods – delicate pressing on one of five presses, which reduces the need for filtration and preserves all of the flavour. Followed by a slow fermentation, subtle assemblage and a long aging process in the cellar.

Maison Pierre Mignon is owned by Pierre and Yveline Mignon and is located in Le Breuil, an area recognised for the quality of its Pinot Meunier, in the Marne Valley. They have been making exceptional champagnes for five generations from their 16-hectares of vineyards spread across the entire Champagne region.
