Tasting Notes: This is a delicious sparkling wine with an intense bouquet of aromatic pear and an elegant yeast on the nose, followed by a crisp palate of succulent apple and pear. Gently foamy with a crisp and delicate finish.
Machine harvested to ensure the shortest possible time between harvest and pressing to preserve the delicate aromatics of the Prosecco grape. Fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. The Charmat method of fermentation is used in order to retain the CO2 naturally produced during fermentation and give the wine its characteristic sparkle.

The Pradio Estate fits in the Prosecco DOC denomination, just 40 km away from the town of Prosecco. The Cielo Family who run the vineyard are committed to producing unique wines of elegance and personality.
The estate covers a total of 35 hectares and its vineyards are situated in dry and sunny fields of alluvial origin, made up principally of gravelly terrain. The grapes conserve the spirit of the land and reflect the noble and traditional tastes of ancient times.
